What’s your shipping policy

Shipping Policies

Due to high demand, Orders are generally shipped from older to newest ones and dispatching takes about 2 to 5 working day. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when your item is on the way.

Your order will be sent to the address that is on your cee luxury Design order.

Please make sure that this address is complete with a house number, street and post code and that it is the correct delivery address.

What’s your Return Policy

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If the product is not shipped within 40 days you will get a refund excluding the shipping cost no question asked, Or we will send you back another package with the same value of the lost one.

How Can I Cancel my Order

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
